2.        Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in C&P, Budgeting and Planning.

3.        Demonstrate knowledge of Shell Category Management & Contracting Process (CMCP).

4.        Good communication skill and thinking analytically.

5.        Experience in formulating strategy, improving performance, Contracting and Procurement and secure compliance.

6.        Demonstrate knowledge of Pre-Award and Post Award contract management

1

Head of Operations

1.        B.Sc. degree in Engineering/ Estate management or related discipline.

2.        Mastery in management of organizational effectiveness and operations management.

3.        Minimum of 15 years’ experience in practical facility management and/ or engineering company.

4.        Minimum of 7years experience as a senior facility management role in SPDC with leadership responsibilities.

5.        Hold a Facility Management Professional certification from IFMAN (FMP & CFM).

6.        Experience in use of CMMS, including PLANON and SAP.

7.        Effective communication skill, executing efficiently and thinking analytically.

8.        Experienced in interface management with the field location teams.

9.        Experienced in management of engineering design and implementing technical solutions.

10.      Experience in management of customer service with evidence of good customer satisfaction ratings.

11.      Ability to develop/secure Management of Change (MOC) Approval before implementing change.

12.      Experience in development of BOQ and detailed Work Scope including drawings when required.

13.      Have capacity to lead HSE/technical audits.

14.      Experience in formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material 7 resources and secure compliance. Experience with Project Management in a Live Project.

Administrative /Store Officer

1.        Minimum of OND in Accounting or any Social Sciences.

2.        Minimum of 3 years’ experience in store management.

Manager Assets,

PLANON &

Procurement

Management

1.        Bachelor’s degree with at least 12years post-graduation experience.

2.        Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as MIE specialist.

3.        Demonstrate knowledge of Category Management & Contracting Process (CMCP).

4.        Good communication skill and thinking analytically.

5.        Experience in formulating strategy, improving performance, Contracting and Procurement and secure compliance.

6.        Minimum of 5 years of proven field experience of managing catering & technical services in a Shell facility

7.        Master user of SAP and Planon especially in Shell environment.

8.        Knowledge of Shell procurement process and system including various SPDC contract incoterms for procurement

Catering Manager

1.        B.Sc. Hotel & Catering Management.

2.        Certified ISO 22000: 2005 (Food Safety Management System) with Minimum of 12 years’ practical experience in hotel and catering hospitality management.

3.        Hold Facility Management Professional certification from IFMAN (FMP & CFM).

4.        Good communication & stakeholder management skill.

5.        Possess good Auditing Skills and NEBOSH certified

6.        Demonstrate prior experience to manage and coordinate catering and hospitality activities in the field locations SPDC East and West.

Facility Manager, Safety

1.        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other related discipline.

2.        Minimum of 5years exposure to HSE related site management.

3.        Membership or registration in Nigerian Institute of Safety Professional.

4.        Prior experience to lead and participate in HSE/technical Audits, LODs, design reviews and technical studies, HAZOP’s, SAFOP, FI/FATS, Accident/ Incident investigation and third-party inspections.

Facility manager Technical (field)

1.        A B.Sc. degree in Engineering Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in Facility management.

2.        Hold a Facility Management Professional certification from IFMAN (FMP & CFM).

3.        Prior experience in supervision and coordination of FM activities in field location.

4.        Experience in development of BOQ & detailed Work Scope including reading of drawings.

5.        Experience in effective management of QA/QC on site.

6.        Prior experience to facilitate PPMs for all equipment and closeout in the CMMS.

7.        Good communication skill.

8.        Experience in direct supervision of customer services and satisfactions.

12.      Previous experience in planning and carryout routine inspections.

13.      Ability to develop/secure Management of Change (MOC) Approval before implementing change.

14.      Prior experience in assuring conformance to company standards & specifications

Manager Technical

1.        Candidate must hold a B.Sc. degree in Engineering/Estate management.

3.        Over 12 Years’ experience in practical facility management company and must hold a Facility Management Professional certification from IFMAN (FMP & CFM).

4.        A minimum of 3years experience working as Facility manager/Coordinator in SPDC.

5.        Experience with complex problem troubleshooting.

6.        Experience on management Interface with the field location teams.

7.        Experience with PPM & Computerized Maintenance Management System – CMMS 8.      Experienced in overseeing customer services and satisfactions.

9.        Ability to develop/secure Management of Change (MOC) Approval before implementing change.

10.      Good communication skill and thinking analytically.

11.      Experience with Project Management in a Live Project

Facility Manager Catering (Field)

1.        B.Sc. Hotel & Catering Management.

2.        Possess certificate in HACCP with Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in hotel and catering hospitality management

3.        Must hold a Facility Management Professional certification from IFMAN (FMP & CFM).

4.        Membership or registration in Nigerian Institute of Safety Professional

5.        Prior experience (at least 1year) in supervision and coordination of catering and hospitality activities in SPDC field locations.

Management
